I'm a blend between a digital anthropologist and strategic innovation leader, with over a decade of experience running digital anthropology labs (mixed method qual/quant consumer research) and leading global innovation teams for What If Innovation in New York and later in London at Accenture.

I’ve built consumer research teams and toolkits while leading innovation and consumer research projects for leading companies around the world. Most recently I took a C-level role as chief digital anthropologist at the Liiv Group, working directly with the CEO to launch a nonprofit and UNESCO partnership designed to advance digital anthropology and mixed methods community/consumer research around the world.  Through this work, we collaborated with a global community of interdisciplinary experts to showcase cutting-edge research methods and ideas to help businesses, organizations, and policymakers better understand the people and communities they serve.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped some of the world’s most loved organizations and brands drive future growth by finding that perfect combination between new human problems, market opportunity, and business strength. From helping a global luxury brand to re-imagine its first beauty retail experience to helping a large media company understand multicultural millennials to inspire product and marketing innovation, or helping a leading global hotel chain unlock the flexible workspace category to drive retail and service innovations.
